Patient text messaging

Each practice uses SMS to reach its own patients about their own appointments and orders. The programs are operated separately, one per practice.

What we send. Appointment reminders and confirmations, eyewear and contact lens order updates, prescription and recall notices, billing notifications, and replies to questions you send us.

How you opt in. You give consent by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our patient intake or appointment form, in person at the front desk, over the phone with a staff member, or by texting us first. Consent is never required to receive care, buy eyewear, or make a purchase.
